Now that we have a definite date for Graduation – we need to start planning for Project Graduation (well…planning actually started as soon as PG2012 was over) – help make this fun night happen for our seniors. Take the attached flyer to California Pizza Kitchen TOMORROW (lunch or dinner) and 20% of your check will go to Manual for Project Graduation. We’ve got our first game against KCD tomorrow – some pizza afterwards (for all who could join) could be a fun after game event!!!

KentuckyOne Health will be hosting a concussion management specific event at the Kentucky Science Center on Thursday, March 21st as part of their monthly evening series. This is going to be a great interactive event with some great information for coaches, parents and athletes alike. They will have a full staff of Sports Medicine Professionals on site as well to answer questions and provide concussion management information. For more information please see the attached flier. Our annual College 101 Night is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th. This year, in addition to our regular informative workshops, there will be a guest speaker, Marty O’Connell, executive director of CTCL: Colleges that Change Lives. We are thrilled to offer this additional opportunity to Manual students and JCPS has decided to invite students from all of the other high schools in the district to this event, as well.
