Manual Boys Lacrosse

Due to the high risk of severe weather tomorrow (tornadoes, Thunderstorms) we are postponing the Greenwood game.
This drastically changes plans so here is the new plan:
7:30am Saturday morning load van at Manual HS.
Game 1 still at 11am Franklin HS 810 Hillsboro Rd.
it is a 3 hour drive and leaving by 7:45am we should arrive around 9:45am for warmups starting at 10am. Lunch to follow with those plans unclear. Game two has been shifted to 4:15pm due to a school issue for them…BUT PLEASE NOTE the LOCATION is DIFFERENT…the field is at 1200 County Hospital RD some distance from the school.
ALL HOTEL ROOMS FOR TONIGHT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED, INCLUDING PARENTS ROOMS!!
This was done to prevent you from being charged. We were inside the cancellation window but the manager graciously allowed me to cancel the rooms.
If you want to drive down tomorrow anyway YOU MUST REBOOK YOUR ROOM. I’m sorry about that but the only way to avoid someone getting stuck for a room they don’t need.

Sorry for the change in plans but highly unlikely the game would be played tomorrow and we played it safe.

UL UK Centre Bellarmine Vanderbilt Virginia Tech

5:40pm Auditorium – PTSA General Meeting in Auditorium
6:00 – 6:45 1st session, 6:50 – 7:35 2nd session, 7:40 – 8:25 3rd session
There are 11 different classes to choose from (see attached document)

February Issue – Vype Magazine

Welcome to the duPont Manual Boys Lacrosse Website! Here is where you can post and find your team schedules, news, scores, photos, documents, and message boards. It should make it easier to know what’s going on with the team.

So check it out and give it a try. If you have any questions email Donna Johnson at dj@bluegrass.net.

One really cool thing about this site is it has the capability to send text messages – but YOU have to enable that feature. I will send directions out to everyone on how to do that. This would come in very handy if there are last minute changes that we need to get out quickly – basically our own version of the Dean Alert system.

We will continue to use the wiki as well as this site – but pictures, schedules, rosters and stats will be here on this site. Take a few minutes to “look around” and see where everything is.
