As part of our Character First initiative we will be volunteering to help in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade down Bardstown Road on Saturday 3/10. We are working with No Kill Louisville (an organization that is working towards having the animal shelters in Louisville adopt a “No kill” policy. There will be some rescue and foster dogs that need walking. You may also bring a dog of your own to walk in the parade.
Details:
- Be at Barrett and Broadway at 2pm to check in. We are in Unite 85.
- It is a large parade so parking/traffic will be difficult. your best bet is to carpool, bike, or park far and walk.
- The NKL people will have stuff for us to hand out – parade rule of NO throwing anything.
- Let’s represent ourselves and the team with class.

Sorry – we forgot that Monday is just Varsity practice – so we’ll do Varsity team pics on Monday at 5:00pm and JV pictures at 5:00 on Tuesday.
