Announcement
I request that all varsity players forgot about lacrosse for the rest of tonight and tomorrow. The goal is to come into practice Monday with a refreshed mindset so we can reset our mission as a team. If you can try to not watch video or chat with teammates or other friends about us thus far.
Varsity you will practice Monday. No need for a team warm up. Just be sure that you are warm and ready to play at 3:30.
JV same instructions, you will go on Tuesday.
Please use your days off to take care of your business (school and other).
